phrush Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phrush platform (accessible at phrush.xyz and any associated mobile applications or services, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phrush Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing phrush on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

phrush reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phrush Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phrush, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phrush Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phrush reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Any misrepresentation of eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and recovery of any funds obtained through such misrepresentation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phrush Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying phrush immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

phrush will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. phrush will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from phrush that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your phrush account — is strictly prohibited. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the phrush Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, bonus, promotion, or system on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any phrush software;
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or phrush staff;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Circumventing any geographic restrictions or access controls implemented by phrush.

phrush employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation. phrush cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in connection with any investigation of prohibited conduct.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

phrush supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phrush account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• phrush does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must be registered in your own name.
• phrush reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your phrush account.
• phrush may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• phrush reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of any ongoing investigation or verification process.

All transactions are subject to phrush's AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. phrush may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phrush offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• phrush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

phrush's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or withheld should contact phrush support for review.

7. Games and Fairness

phrush offers a range of online gaming products including casino games (slots, live table games, crash games), bingo, and sports betting markets. All games available on the phrush Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by phrush or any third party.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate.
• phrush does not guarantee any specific outcome, win, or return on any game or bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, phrush reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.
• Sports betting markets are subject to separate rules governing settlement, void bets, and in-play wagering, which are available in the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.

All gaming activity on phrush is for entertainment purposes. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. phrush strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and play within their means.

8. Responsible Gaming

phrush is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm.

In accordance with Philippine regulations and PAGCOR guidelines, phrush enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be repeated at any time.

phrush provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.

phrush reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there is reasonable concern about the player's gaming behavior, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phrush Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phrush or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phrush.
• The phrush name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phrush. Unauthorized use of any phrush trademark is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phrush may be used by phrush without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

phrush collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the phrush Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement.

phrush implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phrush cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrush, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, phrush shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service thereon;
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, or connectivity issue beyond phrush's reasonable control;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform;
• Any gaming losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

In any event, phrush's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phrush account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination and Account Closure

Either you or phrush may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your phrush account at any time by contacting phrush customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Termination by phrush: phrush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• phrush has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• phrush is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, phrush reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, phrush may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to phrush's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting phrush customer support with a detailed description of your complaint.

phrush will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phrush from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phrush reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phrush will notify registered users via the contact details on file (email or SMS) and will update the effective date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the phrush Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
